WCF 2008 is a festival for both Korean and international students to compete and challenge their abilities and creative skills in problem solving. It has been a national event held since 1997, and took its second step into international arena in 2005. The world competition will be held in English and students will be evaluated in originality, elaboration, knowledge, inquiry ability, communication ability and so on. The main goal of WCF 2008 is to stimulate students’ interests on creativity in science and technology bynetworking talented students together from various countries and providing them with opportunities for scientific and cultural experiences.Program: Friday, October 10: Welcome Ceremony, Registration; Saturday, October 11:Long-term thesis presentation & short-term problem solving; Sunday, October 12: Lunch & Tour Program
