On Stage in Daejeon:String Quartet: Hagen QuartetMonday 6th October 2008 [DJCAC]
. As part of its Grand Festival: 2008 the Daejeon Culture & Arts Centre is proud to host a performance by Austrian troupe the Hagen Quartet. The Hagen Quartet was founded in 1981 by four siblings (Lukas, Angelika, Veronika and Clemens) in Salzburg, Austria. With current members Lukas Hagen, violin, Rainer Schmidt, violin, Veronika Hagen, viola & Clemens Hagen, cello have appeared across the globe, touring throughout Europe, the USA, South America, Asia and Australia. In 2002 they were special guests in the New Year's Day concert of the Vienna Philharmonic, broadcast to 800 million people worldwide.
